Job Details

• Develop and implement AI algorithms and machine learning models based on business requirements.
• Optimize and improve the performance of existing AI models.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (data scientists, software engineers, product managers) to integrate AI models into products and applications.
• Design, test, and deploy AI systems and applications using industry-standard frameworks and libraries (such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.).
• Conduct thorough analysis of large datasets, ensuring the quality and accuracy of the data used for model training.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in AI, machine learning, and data science.
• Work with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) to deploy scalable AI solutions.
• Document code, models, and methodologies clearly for internal use and future reference.

Must Have

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-4 years of experience working with AI and machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
• Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or C++.
• Experience with data processing, cleaning, and transformation techniques.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and deploying AI solutions in a cloud environment.
• Good understanding of data structures, algorithms, and mathematical concepts used in AI/ML.
• Ability to work in a collaborative environment and communicate technical concepts effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with deep learning and neural networks.
• Knowledge of reinforcement learning or natural language processing (NLP).
• Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker or Kubernetes.
• Experience with big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark).
• Understanding of DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD).
